Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or through store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the original product and place a new order.
